ERN RITA’s Role in Developing Standardised Care Pathways for RDs – A JARDIN Initiative
Developing a Care Pathway for Autoinflammatory Diseases
As part of the JARDIN project (Work Package 6.2), ERN RITA has recently started working on a model care pathway for autoinflammatory diseases. JARDIN (Joint Action on Integration of ERNs into National Health Systems) supports the integration of European Reference Networks into national healthcare systems by supporting the development of standardised, patient-centred care pathways for rare diseases.
ERN RITA is currently in the early stages of developing the care pathway, where we will be working collaboratively with clinicians and patient representatives across Europe to lay the foundation for a practical and scalable model. Through this contribution, ERN RITA is helping to test and refine the JARDIN toolkit.
