The Cross-Border Access to Paediatric Clinical Trials Working Group (WG), created by the European Network of Paediatric Research at the European Medicines Agency (Enpr-EMA), is currently conducting important research aimed at enhancing the inclusion of children and young people in clinical trials across Europe. This initiative seeks to eliminate language barriers that may prevent eligible participants from taking part in these trials.
It has been identified that some children are unable to participate in clinical trials due to not speaking the official language of the country where the trial is conducted. This survey is a critical step towards understanding and addressing these challenges.
