ERN RITA is excited to announce the publication of a new Patient Journey, focusing on small vessel vasculitis through the experience of Mary, a patient living with the condition. This journey emphasizes the critical need for early diagnosis and timely access to treatment to prevent irreversible organ damage.

Small vessel vasculitis includes both ANCA-associated (GPA, EGPA, MPA) and non-ANCA-associated (Henoch-Schönlein Purpura, Cryoglobulinemic Vasculitis) types, affecting organs such as the kidneys, lungs, and sinuses. Due to the systemic nature of these diseases, any organ may be involved.

This resource is designed to improve awareness and guide better patient care for those with rare autoimmune conditions.
