The Clinical Patient Patient Management System (CPMS) is the current platform hosting virtual video consultations for the ERNs. As new, updated platform is currently in the works, there is an open call for volunteers to participate to User Experience (UX) Labs, which are testing sessions by end users. Selected volunteers will then be invited to participate to sessions once every month or every 2 months, taking around 15 – 20 minutes.
This is a great chance for current and future CPMS users to give their perspectives on the features the new platform should have and ensure that the new CPMS is truly in line with the needs of clinicians and all users.
