General University Hospital in Prague

Department of Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine (KDDL) of First Faculty of Medicine and General Hospital in Prague provides outpatient, inpatient diagnostic and therapeutic care in the field of paediatrics and neonatology, and specializes in adolescent medicine, including transport service for critically ill children. For long-term patients, who are not possible to include in the care of the internal fields (an inherited metabolic disorders and some other specialization) also takes care of patients over the age of 19. KDDL provides highly specialized neonatological care for the central region of Czech republic, national treatment in the field of inherited metabolic disorders and all population neonatal screening of hereditary metabolic disorders.
